BR4 KLOTZ its’ Principals, and affiliates have owned and operated 50,000 multifamily units throughout the United States with much of the concentration in the Southeast.
BR4 KLOTZ is currently developing a portfolio of development projects along coastal areas of the Southeast with a projected completion value over one billion dollars.
Additionally, BR4 KLOTZ has completed millions of dollars worth of full cycle developments and has sold dozens more before completion.
