Jeff Klotz is a Managing Partner at BR⁴ KLOTZ and is responsible for providing oversight for firmwide strategic initiatives, investor relations, fund administration, and asset management.

In addition to being a Managing Partner at BR⁴ KLOTZ, Jeff is currently the founding principal of the Klotz Group of Companies – A Vertically Integrated Private Equity Platform. The Klotz Group, its principals and affiliates have acquired and operated over one-hundred and twenty-five thousand units across various sectors. In addition to acquisitions, the group has been responsible for the completion of forty-three development projects across various states and renovation of over seventy-five thousand units. Jeff accomplished this by employing over one-thousand one-hundred professionals and raising over seven-hundred and fifty million dollars’ worth of equity contributions.

Jeff attended the University of Florida and holds various real-estate related licenses including being a registered broker in multiple states throughout the Southeast United States.

Juan Carlos Aguirre is a Managing Partner at BR⁴ KLOTZ and is primarily responsible for providing firmwide strategic initiatives surrounding capital raising, asset acquisitions, and investment management.

In addition to being a Managing Partner at BR⁴ KLOTZ, Juan Carlos is Founder of BR4 Quaestum Capital, a Private Equity Firm focused on Real Estate Investments in Mexico and the U.S. and has been a serial entrepreneur across several industries. Over the past 6 years he has focused on real estate development primarily in Mexico. Through his strategic partnerships with developers in Mexico, such as COMVIVE and Desarrollos ECO, he has participated in the structuring, capital raising, construction and selling of over 3,800 properties across the country.

Nikkolas "Nik" Hillberg serves as the Chief Financial Officer at BR⁴ KLOTZ and The Klotz Group of Companies, bringing over two decades of robust experience in finance, accounting, and asset management within the commercial, student housing, multifamily, and retail real estate sectors. His responsibilities span across executive leadership, financial strategy and stewardship, cash management, and portfolio-level analysis. Nik oversees due diligence, compliance, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency, vital for investor confidence and regulatory adherence.

Prior to joining BR⁴ KLOTZ, Nik was instrumental at Sleiman Enterprises, Trinitas Ventures, and GGP, amongst others. His experience includes participating in initial public offerings, capital markets, and the economic viability assessments. A military and police veteran from Hollywood, Florida, Nik's disciplined approach and strategic acumen are invaluable in managing acquisitions, dispositions, and the financial orchestration of multi-billion-dollar real estate transactions, reinforcing the financial health and investment success of the firms.

As Chief Legal Officer, Koko Head brings his 37 years of broad legal experience in the Southeastern United States with an emphasis on the real estate sector to support and grow the multifamily development focus of BR⁴ KLOTZ. His daily roles include the acquisition, development, and financing of real estate assets, as well as addressing construction law, commercial leasing, and review of title/survey matters. Additionally, he handles all corporate governance, contract and HR, as well as all internal legal matters including management of outside counsel. An ambitious professional with experience and success in business development, sales, and sales management with specific focus in Marketing, Advertising and Real Estate. Over his tenure in the real estate industry, he has developed a strong entrepreneurial spirit and building on his sales career and attributes his success to an unrivaled work ethic and desire to succeed by achieving BR⁴ KLOTZ objectives as a Fund Manager focused on the Multifamily Industry focused in the Southeastern United States.

Koko Head has been practicing law for 37 years with an emphasis on real estate matters. He graduated from Brigham Young University (BA 1981) and Drake University Law School (JD 1984). He is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and a Northeast Florida resident since 1988 where he practiced commercial litigation and real estate law.

Primarily responsible for managing our lending relationships, structuring our capital stack, and leading the investment process of various acquisitions and development projects.

Before joining the BR⁴ KLOTZ team, Andrew was with CBRE’s Boca Raton based Debt and Structured Finance team. Working across multiple asset classes for institutional and private clients, his primary responsibility was to lead and manage the underwriting and due diligence efforts with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CMBS Lenders, life companies, and national banks. Andrew joined CBRE from his similar role at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation. Additionally, Andrew has also held a role at Office Depot, Inc. where he managed their daily global cash position of over one billion dollars and has had roles with The State of Florida in various capacities.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance (B.S.) from Florida State University and a Master of Science in Finance (MSF) from Florida Atlantic University.

Experienced investor relations manager skilled in successfully managing cross-border transactions, capital raising initiatives, and cultivating strong customer relationships. Demonstrated ability to navigate the complexities of global markets, ensuring smooth execution of financial deals and optimizing outcomes for stakeholders. Proven track record of fostering trust and collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and clients. Expertise in developing and implementing strategic investor communication plans, providing insightful market analysis, and delivering persuasive presentations. Committed to driving investor confidence, enhancing corporate reputation, and achieving mutual success in the dynamic world of finance.

Mabel has over 20 years of experience, including 12 years managing Private Equity funds for German and Colombian institutional investors and nearly 8 years in investment banking and M&A transactions for Central America, Brazil and Colombia.

She has worked in multinational and regional firms such as KPMG, EY and Bancolombia Investment Banking. In recent years she has served as the Head of the Andean Region and Managing Director for Jamestown, a US Real Estate Fund manager. She has also led the Real Estate division for a Panamanian investment banking firm in Colombia and led Chilean Real Estate developers investing in Colombia. Moreover, she has managed over US$ 467 million in capital and structured and operated funds under laws of Canada, Colombia, and Panama.

Jerónimo has a proven track record in the financial sector of Grupo CARSO’s public companies, FCC in Spain, and IDEAL in Mexico, part of Carlos Slim’s portfolio of companies, where he has closely worked with C suite executives in mission critical positions. His expertise lies in financial analysis, project management. With strengths in budget tracking, internal audits, and developing comprehensive financial models. Jerónimo has exceptional commercial acumen through his strong network across the US, Europe, and LATAM which showcases his investor relations prowess to successfully attract investments and execute long term financial commitments. His role as a Finance Department Analyst at FCC/IDEAL involved overseeing significant projects while actively contributing to internal committees and audits.

A Private Equity Professional focused on Real Estate has come on board as an Associate for BR⁴ KLOTZ. His main responsibilities are to develop models for operating pro-formas, acquisitions, and ground-up developments. He is involved with transaction execution and deal project management from inception, all the way to completion.

Working closely with the Asset Management team through data collection, modeling, analysis, and annual business plan and budget preparations. His responsibilities include preparing and presenting materials and analyses to the internal investment committee of BR⁴ KLOTZ and for Limited Partners. Tanner holds a Florida State University Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Real Estate.

Chase Gibbs is a Private Equity Real Estate Analyst for BR⁴ KLOTZ. As an Analyst, he supports all aspects of financial analysis, including, but not limited to, pro-formas, acquisitions, dispositions, developments, and capital raising. He is involved in transaction execution and deal project management from inception to completion.

Prior to joining BR⁴ KLOTZ, Chase held positions with Dubin Clark, a $500M AUM private equity firm, and Drake Star Partners, executing capital raises and M&A transactions for global companies utilizing valuation techniques including DCF, IRR analysis, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis. Chase is a graduate from the University of Central Florida, summa cum laude, and holds a FINRA SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 securities license.
